Busser
The Busser is responsible for the overall front of the house look. It is this person who will maintain the cleanliness of the floors, walls, tables, and the customer view areas. They will be responsible for restocking the bus stations with required list and zoning. The busser will also be responsible for the initial table setting, assisting with table maintenance throughout the meal and final clearing of all tables. Applicants must be available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends.
Sous Chef
The Sous Chef is responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and kitchen staff. It is this person who is also responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with in creating and maintaining all menus and recipes used in the restaurant, and for the preparation, presentation, and service of these menu items. They will also work with the General Manager and Executive Chef in setting the direction of the business in day-to-day operations as well as a plan to grow the business, drive sales, and manage costs. The Sous Chef will also assist in hiring, supervising, and developing all kitchen staff. Applicants must be available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends.
Bartender
As a Bartender, you will be part of an experienced & passionate service team. The ideal candidate is high-energy with the ability to be quick and accurate while maintaining a personable and professional interaction with the guest. Server
